Welcome to the casino reviews section of Casino Bonus Alerts. If you’ve checked out the site at all, you’ll I spent many years as a Casino Manager in the online casino business. I know what it takes for a casino to treat their customers well, process payments and give us the fast action we want from our online casinos.
Every time I review a site I use the following points to judge them:
- Customer Service - are they responsive, attentive and trying to help with any problems?
- Technical Support - is the casino stable, does it connect quickly and reliably?
- Bonus Offers - does the casino give us offers, promotions and contests to increase our chances of winning?
- Retention Offers - alot of time an online casino will give a great initial offer then treat us like crap after we are paying customers in the casino. That’s just not right. We want ongoing offers.
- Payment Processing Methods - getting money into an online casino can be difficult. Do they process our major credit cards like VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Click2Pay, Neteller and Paypal. There is nothing more frustrating than jumping through hoops to get a real money account setup. The online casino should have a good processing record and be helpful if there is a problem.
- Payouts - this is one of the biggest problems, especially for US Casino players ever since the American Government passed UIGEA. We need our payouts reliably and quickly, without enormous delays but let’s face facts, sometime processing gets shut down. If that does happen we expect to be handled well and informed of our payout status. That’s only fair and the right thing to do.
